1. Accessories: To receive a full refund to the original payment method, the customer must have the receipt from the date of purchase brought in within 10 days and merchandise must be unused and in their original condition. After 10 days, only a store credit will be issued.
2. Chemicals: Chemicals are not returnable under any circumstances.
3. Swimming Pool Service Parts & Equipment: Pool parts and equipment purchased inside of the retail store may only be returned unused and unopened in the original packaging within 10 day of the purchase. After 10 days, only a store credit will be issued.
4. Patio Furniture: In-stock undelivered furniture may be returned or canceled for a store credit, less a 20% restocking fee within 10 days of the original purchase. Special order items are “final sale” items and are not able to be returned or canceled. These are custom ordered items specific to the customer’s selection and therefore cannot be returned or canceled. In-stock delivered furniture may not be returned.
